Medication Refills

Medication is prescribed to last until your next appointment. We recommend scheduling an appointment at least 3 business days prior to needing a refill to ensure you do not run out. 

 

If you miss or cancel your appointment, you will need to schedule an appointment to have your medication refilled.

Phone calls or fax requests from pharmacies for medication refills will not be authorized.
